The Preschool will inform OFSTED and all other governing bodies of any significant event within 10 days of occurrence.

Any doubts as to if the event is significant or not a report must still be made and the governing body will inform the preschool if it is deemed to be significant. 

The governing body will instruct the Preschool if the report needs to be followed up with a written report of the incident. 

In the event that a written report is necessary all documentation of the event must be photocopied and sent with the report i.e accident/incident book entry, witness statements and anything else pertaining to the incident.
